This feeling is completely normal. Everyone feels a little down once we fail the high expectations we have set for us. But that feeling is getting worsened by others. You are giving control to others in making you feel this way. The best way to come out of it is to first understand the concept of 'failure'. As you own your failure, no one else would be able to make you feel bad about it. Shrug off the past and start preparing for the next one.
Next Steps
The above mentioned advice can hold the issue for a few days. This feeling needs to be taken care of. Kindly consult a psychologist.
