I feel very unusual like i have no reason to be like this! I am a very Happy girl and love to be busy and keep doing something or the other every time and i don't have any interest on anything...like i love taking bathes..i don't even feel like taking bathes..i feek like sitting in a corner and start starting one place for hours..i feel like sitting and crying very badly..i get unusual thoughts..bad thoughts actually..like hurting myself.. running away.. I feel like doing things which i was even scared to see or do..i usuy sleep alot..now i get scared to sleep..ill be awake at 4 in the morning and don't get sleep till night 2...m really scared to be alone..m really scaree that i would hurt myself... I just feel safe if m with someone...i feel very much better when someone very close to me is beside me

Feeling low, having crying spells, sleep and appetite disturbances, and difficulty in concentration and attention are some of the signs of Depression. Consult a Psychiatrist for a detailed assessment. It is likely with medication and counselings the symptoms will improve. If you are feeling suicidal or hopeless consult a Psychiatrist immediately.

Consult a mental health professional and discuss the problem in details. With what u have described seems like depression and u would require immediate treatment and counselling. Don't stress out much and at least till u consult somebody start doing some relaxation like deep breathing or meditation in any form.
