I don't know, getting sad, and crying then hallucinating and again getting frustration. Getting angry to the extreme level for a simple things. Not having food , no interest in doing anything. After crying I will be fine for sometime. I show my angry to my close one, orelse I will show to myself. Headache, feeling lonely, thinking too much, getting scared of people Doctor please let me know I have any problem, do I need to consult .

Loss of interest, decreased concentration and attention, feeling low and disturbed sleep or appetite are some of the signs of depression. Consult a psychiatrist who will assess you in detail. If you are feeling suicidal or hopeless, seek professional help immediately.
