These can be symptoms of depression. Depression symptoms include feeling low all the time, loss of interest in previous pleasurable activity, crying spells, feeling lonely, difficulty in concentration, sleep disturbance, low in energy, tiredness, loss of confidence, hopeless, helpless, worthless feeling and sometime even suicidal ideas persistently over a period of time. Few of them or all can be present at a time. Depending on the severity your treatment will be decided. Symptoms worsens with time so its advisable to take help from mental health professionals as early as possible.

Sleep can be disturbed due to various negative stressors . I can understand your concerns regarding your health . It is advisable that you follow these steps for a better sleep hygiene for the meantime-- avoid using phones / laptops before sleeping , take a warm shower and have a relaxing tea , avoid heavy dinners and caffeine , try and practice deep breathing and meditation as it can have a calming effect , avoid taking worries to bed . Try and sleep at the same time and have a comfortable environment for sleep . Try and talk to your close family members or friends and spend some quality time engaging in various activities which you use to enjoy.
