DEPRESSION
I am suffering from unneccesary and excessive thoughts all the time due to which i fell low all the time.. Also i feel sad all the time and there is lack of self esteem i dont fell the person i used to be inside me.is this due to depression..i am currently on medication from last 2 months although this symptoms persisted from last 7 months.. i just wanted to know how long will it take to fully cure depression..as i am felling a bit better after 2 months pf medication also there is a bit of anxiety as well

It will subside in few months but along with medication go for psychotherapy and counseling Consult with me or any psychologist for therapy and counseling

Feeling low, having crying spells, sleep and appetite disturbances, and difficulty in concentration and attention are some of the signs of Depression. Consult a Psychiatrist for a detailed assessment. It is likely with medication and counselings the symptoms will improve. If you are feeling suicidal or hopeless consult a Psychiatrist immediately.
