Myself Abhishek, i am depressed badly since last 7 years and now it is getting hell day by day.
It Starts when my dad passed away in 2007. And also in that same year i had a breakup with my gf...i totally broke out.
I was totally depressed after that situation for atleast 6 months but afterwards one of my best friend has helped me to come out of this by spending his time, understanding me , we use to do fun again in life.But it was not for a very long time..
One of my group boy broke our friendship and after that i was having nothing in my life to loose.
After that nothing happen in my life..
But now i am getting scared to talk with everyone, even my closed ones. When i talk with someone i get sweat and i get angry and scared.Please Sir / Madam help me...i want to live my life happy as before..

Hello Abhishek. I understand your situation totally . It's unfortunate to have had series of losses. But that life . Probably you need an external intervention into your issues to guide you. It's great that your friend helped you a lot in a dark phase . Now if you feel lost again and you feel the need to get some help , don't hesitate to take professional help . Meet a Psychologist. Discuss your issues . You need to feel peace first and then plan your future life . Since you have scatters thoughts , you are finding it Difficult to deal with them at a time .

Start having lot of water , walk atleast for 20 min everyday without music and indulge into hobbies that you like . 8 hours sleep is a good medicine to mental distress . Do not skip meals or overdo junk food or sweets .
