Do not stop antidepressants immediately as it does have side effects .. You can start ayurveda medicines and with tapering dose leave the antidepressants..this way it's withdrawal effect can be lowered! Only ashwagandha churna won't affect your condition! Proper case history with symptoms, body type, past history need to be known for treatment! Ayurveda has a different way of diagnosing a disease! Consult first
Next Steps
get plenty of sleep....start SOOTIKA PARICHARYA (massage with oil & steam)way of living after delivery will decrease you anxiety level consult for diet plan & lifestyle

You can start but be careful with the dosage. I would suggest you to consult any doctor you want before taking any ayurvedic medicine.

Postpartum depression is very common now a days. It happens because of hormonal changes, lactation, lactation of sleep, nutrition demand and many more things. Firstly ......you will wone this fight 👍 In ayurved we advice sutika paricharya (postpartum care lifestyle). You should start think positive,  spend time with your new born ang get attached with baby. Stay in those room whear sunlight and air circulation is good. You can apply dhoop ,deep at that room so you will have some freshness. Add ghee and buttermilk in your diet., eat all vegetables . Take your iron and calcium supplements as your doctor advice. It is good idea to take ashwagandha churna with milk before sleep. You can add shatavari kalpa with milk in morning.

You can start aswagandha. If you are able to manage only with that and some breathing techniques in yoga like seetali pranayama, that's enough.
