Hi
I am 26 and not working I've switched lots of jobs . Good jobs. And the reason behind it is that I overthink I overthink everything a LOT which leads to depression i feel week and lazy 24x7 there's a tons of things and tasks I want to do i have a creative mind i have lots of ideas but I can't initiate just because I overthink everything and than ends up in depression. My dad have a history of overthinking and high blood pressure

Feeling low, having crying spells, sleep and appetite disturbances, and difficulty in concentration and attention are some of the signs of Depression. Consult a Psychiatrist for a detailed assessment. It is likely with medication and counselings the symptoms will improve. If you are feeling suicidal or hopeless consult a Psychiatrist immediately
