Hi I am 26 and not working I've switched lots of jobs . Good jobs. And the reason behind it is that I overthink I overthink everything a LOT which leads to depression i feel week and lazy 24x7 there's a tons of things and tasks I want to do i have a creative mind i have lots of ideas but I can't initiate just because I overthink everything and than ends up in depression. My dad have a history of overthinking and high blood pressure Help.

Feeling low, having crying spells, sleep and appetite disturbances, and difficulty in concentration and attention are some of the signs of Depression. Consult a Psychiatrist for a detailed assessment. It is likely with medication and counselings the symptoms will improve. If you are feeling suicidal or hopeless consult a Psychiatrist immediately

No history of high blood pressure determines that the subsequent children will surely have same problems.
