Depression
He is elder son of house and After his dad diagnosed with kidney failure and mom also have some health issues,He feels low everyday.  Also want to go for higher studies but because of current state of his house. He is not able to do that. He feels depressed because not able to do anything for his family and not able to live his dreams because of this. Plus he is not enjoying his job.  he Feels sad and always in tension.

Feeling low, having crying spells, sleep and appetite disturbances, and difficulty in concentration and attention are some of the signs of Depression. Consult a Psychiatrist for a detailed assessment. It is likely with medication and counselings the symptoms will improve. If he is feeling suicidal or hopeless consult a Psychiatrist immediately.
