Depression
Going through depression related to my relationship with my husband who stays away mostly owing to his profession. He is extremely non communicative. Avoid talking about disagreements or differences and act or pretend nothing happened. Whereas I myself is extremely sentimental and emotional person. Can't forget or forgive easily. This is affecting my mental health immensely.

Find your happiness within yourself. Don’t put the focus on your husband who is away. That will only lead to overthinking. Don’t waste ur energy on long distance arguments and fight. Keep the conversation as neutral and positive as u can.Instead you focus on your self. Persue your hobbies. Put the time in making yourself more skilled. Try to be the best version of yourself. I’m sure when you are confident about yourself, even your husband will pay attention to you.
