Depression, family issues
I am 25 years old. I have just returned back to India. My parents are very controlling. They want to put me in a box by telling me what time to come back, who to meet, who to be friends with, who to talk to, what to wear. They even go to the extent of spying on me and invading my personal space by checking my phone, facebook. I feel very stuck. I have no one to talk to. I am very depressed with this continuous fighting over my lifestyle issues with them. How should I deal with this.

You should be able to distinguish between disappointment and depression. Disappointment also brings on symptoms identical to depression but they are short lived.
Next Steps
I suggest counseling and therapy if required.
