Earlier if I faced any problems I could atleast cry it out, I feel like I can't even cry anymore. I just feel like I'm going around with this baggage of problems and responsibilities, not surrounded by the kind of people I would want to be around. And the people that are around me I can only talk bad about them. That's not who I was. There's not a single night where I sleep without dreaming, there has to be a dream, relevant or irrelevant,sensible or not. But I have to get a dream. I'm tired. I can't accept things the way they are. Im scared of what people are going to think about me including my own friends. And sometimes my anxiety crosses a line, I can hear my heart pounding for the smallest of things. Should I consult a psychologist or psychiatrist? I had been to a psychologist once, but she was least interested after which I gave up going for help.
