Depression cure(for psychiatrists)
I'm suffering from depression from 5 years and have taken nexito, fluoxetine, venlafexine, clonazepam etc. All these meds didn't help me much. I took therapy which made me worse coz I was able to manage myself better than someone else's advise. I took supragya which made me 80% better but it is not helping from last 6 months. Again I'm on nexito, venlafaxine and taking therapy but not able to recover completely. Can someone tell me that is it lossible to get your identity back even after this much time coz I have lost hope and just hoping that with time I will be ok but nothing happens. I will be able to live my life much better if someone will tell me that everyone can't recover completely even after taking meds and counselling coz I can then manage myself better. Plz help me in detail
