Depression. Anxiety, vitiligo
I always feel negative and depressed. No confidence and always worried. I have vitiligo which has affected right part of my body and I have joint pain and may be arthritis which is creating problem in left part of my body. For vitiligo I am taking treatment from last 10 years and still not able to see any major improvement. I am fed up being alone and negative. I don't like talking with many people and same time I feel lonely. I have vitiligo mostly at hidden part of body which normally people cannot notice. Also I m going to marry a guy soon. Hence I need a help to get out and be happy or at least normal in my life.

Loss of interest, decreased concentration and attention, feeling low and disturbed sleep or appetite are some of the signs of depression. Consult a psychiatrist who will assess you in detail. If you are feeling suicidal or hopeless, seek professional help immediately. Try some relaxation techniques like yoga, meditation and deep breathing. Indulge in hobbies. Spend time with people close to you.
