I have been feeling low, anxious and very hopeless since a year now. It hampers my work at office. I am not able to concentrate on anything. There is no motivation to do anything in life

Did anything happen a year back to trigger these anxious, low, hopeless feelings? What do you feel you need to resolve those issues?
Perhaps you have grown very/too introspective? Perhaps you need to get out of this 'shell', go start some regular cardio exercise, ... do not get too preoccupied with your thoughts, your self, .... there is another world out there... with lots to learn, new people and places to see. etc.
