I feel depressed weeks before my periods.i have lost interest in regular activities.This happens week of every month.What should I do?

Premenstrual syndrome (PMS) refers to physical and emotional symptoms that occur in the one to two weeks before a woman's period. Depression, mood swing, irritation, anger etc is quite common to experience during this period. Hormonal changes, body heat, food habbit etc could be a reason for PMS.
