I had a breakup ! I want to get out of that guy ! But I still want him but he don't want me now ! He said me to leave but I am still holding upon to him ! Because I still love him ! I have recently cut my hand and undergoing too much of depression in myself ! I I can't even sleep ! But even I sleep I want to don't want to get up ! In middle I will wake up because of thinking about him ! Later I can't at all sleep ! I seriously don't know wat to do ! Please someone help me out of this !!!!

I completely understand your situation. Break up is a painful process. I can feel with your pain as well. Anything lost by us will go through various stages like One will experience a shock, anger towards oneself,others , inability to accept the reality and therefore bargaining with god, hatred towards oneself and all.... Possibilities are there that you may also go through any of the above.
Also it is quite natural that one need to grieve for the loss. But if you keep crying alone, human tendency feels unlistened. So kindly approach a counseling psychologist. Once you have processed all the emotions, you will be in a better position to either let go of the relationship or handle this break up in a more positive note.
