Lately because of work, I have a lot of stress and anxiety. I have also started staying depressed and don't feel like doing anything.
Is there any medication I can take to release stress.

From what u have shared above I could understand that u are in a stressful environment which In turn had made u react in such a way! U would be having sad mood and will not have interest even in doing activities that made u happy earlier...what u need to know s that all these are temporary and will pass once u get better... ofcourse there are medicines to make things much better..but before that u need to make a decision to get better. Go for early morning walks though its difficult now..once u do so ull feel better! If things aren't working plz do meet a nearby psychiatrist to get help!
