Depressed with non malignant AN

Asked for Male, 31 Years

I have been suffering from acanthosis nigricans since 3 yes ,undergone blood test, thryoid test done turned out to negative, was prescribed clobestol proptionate for 2 yrs, it came back since I stopped using it, no diabetes, obesity, excerise 3/4 days a week, please advise medication
