I feel your tough situation in early age. Definitely breakup and all other pain situations make you vulnerable. In this situation your mind becomes blank, not able to thinks rationally, no hope for next moment, afraid of future, afraid of people, anger towards the society and people. Many unanswered questions in mind pull your energy levels down, not interested in food, and in activity. Past events make you cry or feeling low.
But other side all these pains will help you to understand life. Every disadvantage comes with an opportunity. It is nature of life, first life throws you in a painful situation and then it teaches you.
It is like a caterpillar stage through which you face many difficulties, once you learn art of living then you soon become butterfly which gains the potential to enjoy each and every moment of life and lead a happy and prosperous life. I hope you reach a dizzy heights of stardom.
Good luck
