1. I didn't laugh smile as I did earlier ..like now I just laugh for a second then only fake smile on my face??
2. Always want to sit alone ? Mostly I used to talk to myself?
3. And even during intimacy my mind was not there I was somewhere else..
4. When I don't like someone words I try to harm my self I try to cut my hand and all..

As you said you used to smile earlier..so what hapoend that has made you like this.Its all symptoms of depression.what exactly happened to you.Is it something that can not be undone.? You seem to be depressed. You will require medications. So please visit a psychiatrist in ur area. After a month of medications it will be nice if u go for Psychotherapy as well
