Dental swelling
I've had a dental swelling for about a year. Originated about 1/2 up the mandible from my chin but has moved down to right chin area. No pain, no sensation loss. It was firm but moveable most of the time ive had it but now it has a bone like consistency to it

For more then a year, it would be best you can get an x-ray done. Acknowledge that you no clinical signs and symptoms.
Next Steps
At least get an OPG x-ray to rule out possibility of any future long term effects. If you have done one already kindly repost the same to solicit a valuable opinion from clinicians.
Health Tips
Do not be so negligent about your health, one year is too long a period and then to seek an opinion without any proper clinical examination would be next to impossible to answer.
