Firstly you need to get your teeth cleaned. Scaling and polishing will be helpful to remove plaque and calculus deposit on your tooth. Then you can go for bleaching for whitening of tooth. Then follow proper oral hygiene measures like brushing twice a day, use mouthwash and warm saline water rinses two to three times a day. Still have queries then please consult with doctor online or offline for better guidance and treatment options.

Welcome to practo.. After formation of calculus, it is difficult to remove it by tooth paste.. Scaling is necessary in this situation.. Tooth paste gives additional support to maintain oral hygiene.. Colgate total, colgate charcoal are my choice.. You can also use other tooth pastes.. But scaling is needed.. At your age, due to calculus, bone becomes weak and the tooth may get mobile..
Next Steps
do scaling
Health Tips
use mouth wash... consult me for further details.. thank you.

Hello ma'am There are many anti-plaque toothpastes available in the market say, Colgate, pepsodent, glowdent, Vantej etc. But once the plaque has taken the form of calculus that is hard deposit around your teeth now that cannot be removed by any mean of toothpaste or home care. It requires professional teeth cleaning or scaling by a dentist. No bleeding from gums indicates that the gums are still in healthy state.
Next Steps
kindly visit your dentist and get teeth scaling done
Health Tips
don't rely on the toothpastes available in the market neither do brush forcefully in order to remove the calculus. You will end up damaging your gums
