Dental problem- pain in the gum

I am having pain in the gum, i have already visited a dentist he said that my wisdom tooth does not have space to come so the gum nearby has swollen and is paining. He has given me medicine but the pain subsides just after having the medicine and returns back after some time.

Though as per your description only Medicine cannot cure your pain. You may be suffering from an inflammatory gum disease around your erupting molar tooth. If left untreated it may flare up to create other complications like inability to open the mouth, swelling and pain referring to the adjacent areas such as ear, neck, throat etc. You must consult a Senior dentist.
