Dental issues. So i need to pay extra?

Over a week now. I went to a dental centre to do teeth cleaning / oral prophylaxis. The doctor said its gonna be heavy cleaning so i need to pay extra? I was thinking it supposed to be covered by my medical health card . But then again i just said okay. And it was my first time then. So nevermind. Its kinda painful her doing it all over my teeth. She also tried to do pasta/tooth restoration only for two teeth at my rightside. Then after pay everything and left. After 2 -3days i felt something wasnt right at my leftside teeth. But its sometimes painful and hard to biten food also the two teeths (pasta) . I did not notice any whole or any rotten teeth that will cause this.  But one thing i notice at my right that at the last row side of my teeth there is something swollen. Im not sure it is a wisdom tooth of what they called.   Im not familiar by this kinda of case but im not so sure how is it called.
