Hello.. Black spots on gums may be discoloration in gums which is normal, stains or calculus which had to be treated, dental caries or any infections in the adjacent teeth cause black gums..
So take a clinical picture intraorally and Consult me.. So I can suggest the procedure to be followed..

Gums. Maybe it's just staining on gums. But need to see it before diagnosing anything.
