Hey hi,you can absolutely get your dental crown done at any other dental clinic; it does not have to be the exact same place where you got your root canal treatment done. Just ensure you carry your post-RCT X-rays or treatment notes if you have them. The approximate cost always depends on the type of material you choose and the location of the clinic: PFM (Porcelain Fused to Metal): Generally ranges between ₹2,000 to ₹5,000. It is strong but has a metal base inside. DMLS (Direct Metal Laser Sintering): Usually ranges between ₹3,000 to ₹6,000. It offers a much superior, computer-aided fit. Zirconium: Ranges from ₹7,000 to ₹15,000+. This is a premium, metal-free option that is highly durable and looks completely natural, making it ideal for front or highly visible teeth
Next Steps
It is highly recommended to get the crown placed within 2 to 4 weeks after your RCT to protect the weak tooth from fracturing under biting pressure. Visit a nearby dentist for a clinical evaluation and a customized quote based on your specific requirements.

Yes you can get it elsewhere. But it depends on the quality of crown. First one is stainless steel crown, no one advises them these days. Then comes PFM or DMLS which is stainless steel, with tooth coloured porcelain adapted with laser. Then comes zirconium. This is premium, depending upon location.
Next Steps
First finalise the place where you want to get it done. Then the quality.
Health Tips
Decent Cost for DMLS is around 3-4k. And that of zirconia is around 7-8k.
