Hi Once the tooth has been extracted it is important to replace it once the area heals If it is not replaced the adjacent teeth move and try to close the space thus causing spacing between the teeth Also the lower teeth will move if it does not have an opposing tooth to bite on You can replace it with implants or a bridge Dr Rithu Arora 32 Carats The Dental Boutique

Hello sir, After ectraction if the bridge is not placed other teeth tend to move towards the edentulous space so i would advice you to visit to a dentist and  do the appropriate treatment.

Tooth extraction cause your other teeth to shift to fill in the space affecting your ability to bite or chew correctly this is called malocclusion.
Next Steps
to avoid malocclusion replace missing tooth with dental bridge or implant.but implant is the best option

Get an OPG X-ray done. If there is lot of tooth movement and lower tooth has supra erupted then it might need treatment before the missing tooth can be replaced. Clinical examination required for proper diagnosis
