IgG positive means it is remote infection for dengue. Which needs to be treated as seasonal viral infection for 5-7 days. Till the platelet count is normal, home treatment is enough with REST and ELECTROLYTES INTAKE. For further assistance please consult online.

No. NS1 and IgM are for recent dengue infection. Your platelet count is normal. IgG proves u have developed immunity for a remote dengue infection.
