Need more details for complete guidance Dolo650 for fever and bodypain. Don't take painkillers. Hydrate well/soft and bland diet Eat alot of fruits (papaya , kiwi) Repeat platelets and watch for bleeding manifestations.(rash/gumbleeds etc).
