Dengue Hairfall Anemia severe gastric

Asked for Female, 35 Years

My sister she has been suffering from severe gastric and pain upper middle and little right abdomen . Later she suffered from dengue and now she is losing lots of hair . Report shows anemia and low iron and high b12 -920 and d3 deficiency . Please help
