Dengue fever with loose motions
My mother is 60 years old and has been detected positive with dengue fever yesterday. Fever was going till 102 initially but now is 100 since yesterday evening. She is suffering with loose motions as well since yesterday(7 to 9 times) a day. She is having Caripill as suggested by doctor along with Dolo 650. Platelet count today has reduced to 1lakhs and was 1.3 lakha yesterday. Please suggest if treatment is appropriate or ahe should be treated for loose motions as well. Also how long would it take for fever to go away and platelets count to increase. Any specific food or fruit that she should have.
