Normally in dengue the platelets decrease for the 1st 5 days from wen fever start..
5-6days ke baad se platelets increase hone lagege in 70-80% patients mei
Agar fever nhi hai Matlab ye nahi ki platelet Girenge nahi..
But improve hone lagega 5 to 6 days agar koi complications na ho tho in most of the people
