Hi, Don't worry. Platelet usually fall from day 3 to day 6 of fever and then starts increasing on its own. Plenty of fluids and Symptomatic treatment is required and you need to monitor platelet count, hematocrit ,blood pressure daily. Please read this article by me on Dengue for more information.
