From what day of fever start can we expect the rise in plateletes?? How frequently we should get platelete check done ? Case:- Fever started 6/22, Friday evening. Dengue detected on 6/23 night with platelete 93k. Admitted on 6/24 noon platelete was 78 in evening. 6/25 Today's platelete 70 in morning. Next schedule is on 6/26 morning.
