Delusion , hallucination
My brother is acting differently since last year .
He's been having this "delusion " that my father and sister has inappropriate physical relationship ( And I know its not like that).
Now my brother behavior changed , he speaks harsh and badly to every family member even my parents and even try to physically harass my sister .

Suspiciousness, aggressive behaviour, talking to self are some signs of psychosis. Aggression towards family members have to be dealt with as soon as possible. Psychosis can be treated with medicines and donot disappear on its own. Consult a psychiatrist asap.
