Deletus for baby
Good morning doctor, my daughter is 2.4 years old our pediatrician suggested to give deletus syrup for cough and mild cold so actually even i used deletus before is it for adults or chimdren also same formulation please help am worried thank you

Cough should be avoid before 3 to 4 yrs , including dexametherprone. If absolutely needed than use normal cough syrup based on Pediatrician advice

Hi Can you please provide exact composition of the syrup ? Dextromethorphan should be avoided in less than 5 years of age as per latest MOHFW guidelines. Hope it helps Regards

Avoid Deletus SYP, it contains dextromethorphan which is not to be used in kids
