2.4 years baby cranky and angry all time
D ea r doctor,
My baby is 2.4 years old his weight is 12.8kg nowdays we are noticing that day by day he is getting very agressive and hyper. ..don't know why.. and he is attracted to fan too much...wherever he goes and se fan he only say 2 words open and close .like he is getting mad we guess and others baby are speaking complete sentence but he is speaking only 2 words we are trying to reach but he avoid us .. otherwise he is active..since 3 months we are givong brainwise tonic 5ml once a day. Is there any side effects??? Why he is not like others baby silent ,he all time angry. Pls help me out
