Delayed pregnancy
My wife usually has a 26-day menstrual cycle (3-day period). We had protected sex on 12-15th day of cycle but as a precaution, she took an emergency pill and got her periods on 6th July 2020. Then we had protected sex on 30th July 2020 and were expecting her period by 1st Aug 2020. But it has been delayed. We tried two preganancy tests on 4th Aug and 7th Aug and both have been negative. It could be due to hormonal changes triggered by the pill but how long is the period expected to delay. Also, by when is the pregnancy kit test expected to deliver reliable results?

Yes . It is due to pill. Better to do serum beta hcg test to confirm about pregnancy.
