I'm 23 years old , my periods are delayed by 11 days and there is white discharge now and then when can I expect my periods , is there anything I could do

Get UPT done, of negative then you can take tablets for withdrawal bleeding. Is discharge associated with itching? Is area near vagina swollen or redness present? Need more detail history for proper guidance and medication.
