Delayed periods
Hi,I have problem of irregular delayed periods.I am taking ayurvedic treatment from past 1.5 months and as per dr I was taking Himalaya evecare syrup with Rajahpravartini Vati tablets.My last LMP was on 05.05.2020 and that also came 18 days late and this month still not got my period.Dr recently changed my medicine From Evecare to M2 tone tablet.Will it be helpful?I am tensed.peeviously treated with allopathic but it didn't work as pills can regularise only 2-3 months then again same problem.Will M2 tone is sufficient or M2 tone with Rajahpravartini Vati? please suggest.

It may be due to hormonal imbalance, nutrient deficiency or stress. there is not only one reason of irregular  periods. You should go for ultrasound to rule out pcod. Take medicines after diagnosis of the cause of your problem.

M2 tone tablet is a good medicine.  You can continue with it.. I need more information to suggest anything else for you. You may need treatment for 2 to 3 months.

Some modification may be done depending on your present status of GI system to regularise the cycle. But for sure Ayurvedic treatment will help u to ve a regular cycle.

For how long you have this issue? I would like to get more details about you. Are you anaemic? Take gruel ( kanji) with asafoetida ( hing) + Rock salt ( if not available, use normal salt) Use millets like ragi , foxtail millet, little millet etc in diet as kanji( gruel) or in any other form. Sesame balls , green leafy vegetables, dates, pomegranate etc. are good

U take àloes compound ontab three times a day  till u get periods.avoid on bleeding days. Continue rajapravartini vati and Evecare. U take till ur periods  areregularised and stable.
