  4. Delayed periods. You please advise?

Delayed periods
Hi, I got my last period on 22/1. The previous cycle started on 17/12. It has always been irregular, but it has been delayed a lot this time. I also don't feel any pre menstrual cramps till now. Also did a pregnancy check and it is negative. Could you please advise?

Irregular periods can be due to a lot of reasons including hormonal imbalance , thyroid disorder , ovarian cyst , pcos , medications etc. You cn consult with me directly online and accordingly i ll advise what needs to be done
