Delayed period 8 days & negative test

Asked for Female, 25 Years

Hi, My period is late by one week now but mean time I have tested twice and it showed negative pregnancy both the time. What should I do? Normally my cycle is of 25 days and is 98% accurate every time.... Why I am asking for pregnancy is bcz I had sex on 27 July ( not sure about the date it is tentative) and it was unprotected but he didn't ejaculated inside me only precum was there inside me, so are there any chances of getting pregnant by precum also, I have already known to one case who got pregnant by the same way....should I retest again myself or go to gyno ...( I don't have any other medical conditions)
