I am 27 years old female..I have 35 days of cycle but this time my periods got delayed..last period was on 9/11/18..today it's 21/11/18 it's still have not come..m not sexually active and unmarried..my doctor advised usg pelvis which showed no abnormality..my thyroid profile is normal and cbc is also normal..my doctor advised me tablet primolute n tapering dose for 3 weeks..but m really worried what could be possible reason for this.. please give a helpful answer m really worried..will I be able to able to conceive in future?
