  4. Delayed period. Behind this delay.

Delayed period
I am a 27 year old female. I have a history of pcos. My menstrual cycle for the last few months were as follows in 2024 18th July 14th August 13th September 12th October 18th November 7th December No periods in January Till now. I have taken home pregnancy test and it is negative. Kindly let the reason behind this delay.
