  4. Delayed in speech. Can u anyone help me?

Hello.. My son is 2.5 years old.. He says only one word at a time..  Doesn't try to form a sentence.. He doesn't even call us MAA n PAA.. We speak Tamil and he watch alot of English rhymes.. We put him in school he is nurscery now.. It's been 2 weeks now.. He can say only few words like cow cat dog ball car etc. He keep mumbling in his own language.. We r worried alot. He is very smart in everything else.. Can u anyone help me Thank you in advance

Hi thanks for writing to Practo consult. If child has proper eye contact while talking to you. And mixes well with his peer, does not try to be lonely, DON'T WORRY. . talking 2-3 words is normal at 2years age. Just try to keep control on TV and Mobile time. Don't encourage TV and mobile use in Kid.
