SPEECH DELAY
My daughter is 3 years old but still she does not make sentences.. she rhymes what she hears on tv not clearly but atleast we could understand but she doesn't follow commands and doesn't say words in sentences.. she listen when we shout at her but she doesn't talk in full sentences . Sometimes she follows our words sometimes don't. Pls suggest what to do .

At 2 yrs of age 2 word sentences should be speaking but it's 3 yrs still speech is delayed
