Hi Doctor, I am 27 years,73KG weight, 5'9 height active person and no health issues. I married 11 months ago and looking for children. I am facing delayed ejaculation (not able to cum while f***ing) but I can do it easily with hand in 2-3min. I used to watch porn a lot and masturbate earlier with hard hand masturbation. My wife's tsh is 12 and amh 7.94 she is taking medicines for that. My sperm count is 40 million testosterone levels are normal(4.85) prolactin is also normal. Please suggest me best solution to cum while doing sex so that I can conceive my wife. We are v much worried for children.
