Usually we get our periods in 28-30 days each month . If you are having delayed period then there can be a few possibilities . We need to evaluate if this delay is an every month delay or just this month . Few possibilities for delay in period are Pregnancy, PCOS, stress , heavy lifestyle modification . It is important to rule out pregnancy before we initiate any medication to commence your period .
Next Steps
First rule out pregnancy Then contact any doctor for commencing period for this month After that take few blood tests and USG to confirm if you have PCOS . Then proceed to the treatment accordingly .
