Delay in periods & no premenstrual pain
I had been physical with my boyfriend 2weeks ago. I had periods on 2nd September and we had sex on 18th September. We used protection and he's sure that condom was not torn. I must get my periods between 2-4th October.. But the problem is I didn't get any premenstrual pain which I always used to get before 4-5 days. We are worried if I'm pregnant or not.. Please suggest me. Is there any natural method I can do at home if there's any chance of mine being pregy. Please suggest asap..

First thing you can do is to take pregnancy test. If negative repeat the test in one week time. If again negative and periods are not there then visit a gynecologist personally for further advise. There is no natural method as such to avoid pregnancy.
